Terms of service.

Terms and conditions governing the use of the Vinora Venues hospitality workspace, menu extraction tools, and subscription services.

1. Service Boundary and Platform Scope

Vinora Venues, operated by Vinora Technologies Ltd ("Vinora"), is a B2B Software-as-a-Service workspace designed for account-scoped hospitality menu intelligence, human review, team role management, and internal publishing governance. The service operates as an isolated review workspace and does not connect to live Point-of-Sale (POS), inventory management, guest memory, QR code generation, booking engines, or external print systems by default.

2. Operator Responsibility and Mandatory Human Review

While Vinora provides document extraction and AI-assisted menu parsing tools, all extractions are provided as unverified drafts requiring mandatory human review. Venue operators, sommeliers, and managers remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all dish names, prices, ingredient lists, dietary signals, allergen warnings, and serving advice prior to approving any menu version or distributing content outside the workspace.

3. Accounts, Entitlements, and Subscriptions

  • Trial Entitlement: New venue registrations receive an initial 14-day trial period granting access to venue workspace features. Upon trial expiration, access to menu extraction and version creation requires an confirmed paid subscription plan.
  • Billing Source of Truth: Stripe Inc. serves as our exclusive payment gateway and merchant processor. Subscriptions renew automatically per the selected billing cycle until cancelled via the integrated billing portal.
  • Team Permissions: Account Owners and Managers are responsible for managing team access and enforcing proper role delegation (Owner, Manager, Sommelier, Staff).

4. Acceptable Use and Source Content

Users agree to upload only legitimate hospitality menu files (PDF, PNG, JPEG, WebP) for which they hold appropriate intellectual property rights or authorization. Users must not attempt to upload malicious code, reverse-engineer extraction pipelines, or extract non-hospitality personal data through the service.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinora Technologies Ltd provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Vinora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or food service inventory, arising out of inaccurate menu extractions, unverified allergen signals, or service interruptions.

6. Service Availability and Support

We target high platform availability for our cloud workspace. For technical assistance, subscription support, or billing inquiries, contact our customer support team at support@vinorawine.com.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any claims or disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
